"The Plan"

The plan, so heres how it works:

1. Shakeology Every morning for breakfast

2. Workout Mon-Fri minimal to excessive

3. Lots of water drink as much as you can, this will help fight hunger craving's and keep you full, hydrated, and help flush out toxins.

4. lunch and dinner will be juice recipes chosen by preference from joe Cross's  Juicing Recipes.

Every day ill be posting Blogs on how i feel, ill post my weight daily, and meals ive tried and how i switch and mix them up, ill post what i did in my workouts and how much and how long i worked out.

so starting today, i didnt have time to make my juicing meals but i just did instead three meals of shakeology for breakfast lunch and dinner. i worked out for a half hour on a mechanical bicycle in the gym, i feel good still had a few hunger craving's but nothing serious, i was pretty tired though, and took a nap for a few hours it also helped in passing time when i would have just be hungry otherwise. ill keep you posted on how i feel tomorrow morning. Also i recommend watching Joe Cross's Film "fat sick and nearly dead" this is the main reason why im starting this and was a huge motivation to my lifestyle and choices. its 11:09 pm and i have a workout class in the morning at 6:00 am so im not able to write any longer because i need my sleep and energy see you tomorrow though! :] 

Day Two

So today is day two i woke up at 4:45 am weighed in. Then I took my shower and went to head to the gym because monday through friday i take a gym class that always starts at 6:00 am. Monday Wednesday and Friday i do a cardio circuit its like weight lifting and plyometrics, Tuesday and thursdays is much much harder, its a class called G.R.I.T its and hour long of straight cardio the class is mixed with a ton of different techniques. If you have ever heard about INSANITY, OR P90X, its exactly like that. so after my class when cooled down and made my shakeology, now when i make mine its one scoop shakeology, one whole banana, one scoop of peanut butter, and about 8 oz of 2% milk with ice cubes in it. I put all of that in a magic bullet cup, and then blend it in the magic bullet, this is the absolute easiest way i have thought of. Its much easier than a blender and way more convient, if you take it to work like i do. Since i hadnt been to the grocery store yet i made a second shakeology shake during my lunch break with the same ingredients. Now if you want to even one up me you can use water or skimm milk instead of the two 2 % milk, but in my experience the 2 % is the best tasting. After work i went to walmart to buy my produce to make my dinner which i havent done yet im going to wait until six, and ill be making a video to give you a visual and make things as easy as possible for you since thats exactly how i would like it. no secrets here i will tell you everything i know and everything i had to pay to learn. ill be posting pics of my weight every single morning too so you can always check those out in my photo gallery. ok so its later on in the evening still day two im just comming back to tell you how i feel. so i made a supply of the mean green, and let me tell you it was delicious, it really tasted good, and it deff took my mind off the hunger. ive had on and off headaches all day, but joe cross said that is normal when your "detoxing". i been really tired all i want to do is sleep all day, every food that i see looks delicious and smells amazing. well thats about all though ill keep you posted and put my video up that  i told you i would make. :] 

 

 

 

 

Break Day

The break day

I call it that because its the third day, and thats either when you break your diet/quit or you make it. I personally woke up today and felt great, i have been feeling amazing all day. The best part is no headaches today either, unlike yesterday. Grabbing my mean green premade juice meal was amazingly easy and fast. Its also nice to know when i get home from work dinner is already prepared. so i weighed in today at 216.2!!!! im sooo excited and i cant tell you how much of a motivator that has been to keep going. I Mean "  I only started monday and already lost 4+ pounds." Today it only wednesday and  I feel "Light", that would be the closest i can compare to how my body feels. I also feel clean, if that makes any sense, i dont have that drag after meals that i sometimes get with other foods, or i dont have the "itis" or tired in other words after meals. Although I am sore from my workout yesterday morning, deffinetly feeling that lol. No pain no game though i guess. But this morning I made my Shakeology, i prepared it with water today opposed to milk only because i had no cash on me for the cafeteria. So i put Water, Banana, and peanut butter with ice.  It still tasted great though so thats a plus. For lunch i drank Joe Cross's (Mean Green) recipe, and i liked it sooooo much i think im going to have it again for dinner! By the way i have made the video that i promised you, you can watch me make the mean green recipe and it has other cool techniques and stuff in  my videos section so you go watch it. i didnt get a chance to post it yesterday when i made it only because i had to go to bed while it was uploading. So all in all great day so far and to you followers stick with it if your trying it! Cheers!

 

 

 

 

Day Four

Day Four

So today is day for, the hunger wasnt as bad as its been, but im still tired a lot. Also day four has been the worste for cravings i wanted everything i saw people eating. I went to walmart after work to get some more Mean Green ingredients and the smell of the deli was killing me!  I dont know what is is about chinese food either but i been craving it a lot. so after the grocery store when to go bowl with my bowling league and that was a huge barrier to cross because i usually drink beer and have a burger, and the smell of everyone elses food was killing me. But besides all that i woke up today and felt great i weighed in as 214.4! that a six pund weight loss since monday im loving it, by the way my goal weight is to get back to 160.0 lbs my normal healthy weight. Another 54.4 lbs to go! well after i woke up i went to my workout class G.R.I.T. and let me tell you it was another hard hour of cardio, but today was the last day of the class :[ After the class though a couple friends and i said we would continue on our own with the class so im excited for that. The way this weight is melting off just keeps pushing me to go further and further, never have I done anything with such great weight loss results. First Friday Day Five

Ok today is a great day, had an amazing workout, and got some great news. Since as you know My G.R.I.T. class has ended but today i got the news that in place of that we will be doing INSANITY, which is awesome! Now again weight myself this morning like always for myself and to keep you guys posted as well. I weighed in at 213.6 so im officially down 7 pounds exactly from when i started on monday, that only 5 days!! So anyway today wasnt a busy day at work i got some down time so i decided to show some friends at work the movie  (Fat Sick and Nearly Dead), well besides the fact that they liked it, i actually learned something. Instead of eating three times a day on this fast im supposed to be eating Four times a day! Which can explain some crazy hunger cravings, so i went to walmart today and decided to make a fruit punch to throw in the mix of my diet! I put pineapple, watermelon, peach, green apple, strawberrie, and canalope. its delicious and im glad to add it to my diet.

Also if you have your juicer and are using it already i found out a great trick, run down to walmart and get some small 8 gallon trash bags, that was the smallest size i could find if you find smaller that will be better. but insert those small little baggies onto the back of your juicer where the shavings go. its a great trick and makes for a super eazy clean up. well thats all for today now.
